This is the Project Manager job to make everything run as smoothly as possible.
YOUR ASSIGNED PROJECT MANAGER WILL
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Customer, both study teams and Vendors
Be a leader and provide guidance to the project team, efficient communication and management for time, quality and cost
Use customer or CRO systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the study
Ensure an effective and regular risk management analysis throughout the study
Demonstrate a pro-active and flexible approach
To ensure proper clinical project deliverable, the Project Manager is "behaving" as the CEO of the Project. Various skills are required to oversee the project but also to ensure your team is delivering as expected
Decisiveness, Integrity, Relationship building, Problem-solving and financial/business negotiation skills, Dependability, Ability to teach and mentor
Excellent and demonstrated planning & organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to express complex idea
Positive attitude and ability to interact with all levels of staff to coordinate and execute study activities
Ability to manage different studies in different status including programs
Ability to reason independently for assessing and recommending specific solutions in clinical settings
Ability to set baseline targets, track trends and implement mitigation plans
