CEO OF THE PROJECT

At Zanteris, we believe the clinical project manager is the most appropriate person to deliver the content of your mission, whether you are a CRO company, biotechnology company, or pharma. And for us, that means becoming the CEO of the project.

To ensure proper deliverables, the project manager should be team-oriented and fully conscious of key deliverables to deliver quality within the project and make everything run as smoothly as possible.

YOUR ASSIGNED PROJECT MANAGER WILL

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Customer, both study teams and Vendors
  • Be a leader and provide guidance to the project team, efficient communication and management for time, quality and cost
  • Use customer or CRO systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy throughout the study
  • Ensure an effective and regular risk management analysis throughout the study
  • Demonstrate a pro-active and flexible approach

To ensure proper clinical project delivery, the clinical project manager is “behaving” like the CEO of the Project.
